Newton's Apple projects address topical science policy issues...
Newton's Apple science education projects:
Project Faraday aims to support excellent, interactive science teaching and learning by developing inspirational ‘exemplar’ designs for science provision.
The Science Education Programme aims to complement the excellent work of organisations such as the Association of Science Education by building upon their work in science education and helping others to apply the knowledge in policy.
Newton's Apple cancer projects:
Cancer Vision 2025 created a neutral forum for stakeholders in cancer research, treatment, and policy to debate and propose actions to optimise cancer research, treatments and services in 2025.
Cancer Innovation: Following the success of Cancer Vision 2025, Newton's Apple was asked to further investigate a number of issues. Delivering Innovative Cancer Diagnostics & Treatments to Patients brought together a diverse group of stakeholders from the cancer community to make recommendations on streamlining the journey of new discoveries from the lab bench to the patient.
